Thank you for your comments and tips. Yes, my symptoms eventually went away as I adjusted my nutrition and exercise. For me, complex carbs with enough daily fiber are what helped tremendously. I limit meats/protein and fat intake. I’m eating probably 60–70% carbs (oats, lentils, beans, fruits and veggies, and whole wheat pasta with olive oil, not pasta sauce), and 10–15% proteins and fats each. Strength training exercise helps, but I do light to moderate intensity.
